Just a quick note as to how Brenna (formerly Bracken) is getting on. We adopted her near the end of last year and have been getting on like a house on fire ever since. We were given lots of good advice about how to introduce her to her new home, but she showed us who was boss immediately by giving herself a quick tour of the flat and then choosing a favoured spot to make herself comfortable. 

She has proved to be a compete comedian who loves to charge about after bits of paper (normal cat toys are ignored for reasons best known to her) and pounce on invisible objects on the bed. Her favourite occupation in this cold weather, however, is to curl up next to one of us on the sofa and have her tummy rubbed.
