Freddie (formerly Honza)
In July, we brought home Honza (now renamed Freddie) a six-month-old black and white kitten. Our current cat (Toby, who we adopted from you nearly
two years ago) was getting lonely after losing his brother, so we decided to find him a friend.
You couldn't have recommended a better kitten! Freddie couldn't wait to get out of his "safe room" to explore the house. Then the garden! After speeding up the process a bit, we now have
two very happy cats. Toby is so much happier now he has a friend to play with!
Sometimes, Freddie can be a bit of a handful when it's snoozing time for Toby, but he deals with it. Despite never having
had access to a garden before coming to live with us, Freddie took to the garden like a duck to water, we didn't even need to teach him to go to the toilet outside, he just did it!
He can certainly be a handful at times, he needs feeding more regularly than Toby, he complains about everything (he has a habit of sitting behind a door and complaining very loudly when you have the cheek to open it) and he is a very ambitious jumper and has now learned to jump through my bedroom window at 7am to demand breakfast! But I wouldn't change him for the world.
All the family love having a new, young, hyper kitty in the house! Especially Toby. Freddie has brought out the kitten inside Toby!
