We adopted Nell the black kitten about 5 weeks ago. Just wanted to let you know that she is getting along fine and that she is happy. 

She now gets along fine with our other cat Arthur after a stressful start. At first he didn't like the idea of having her around the house and was a bit nasty and bossy. He is very cool with her now and they do play together and groom each other. They do have the occasional squabble but nothing serious. They are very different from each other too. Arthur is very laid back and Nell is quite nervy, I think it is just her nature. She likes to go off somewhere quiet for her long sleeps, such as the wardrobe or the airing cupboard. We were all very worried as to whether we were doing the right thing at first but now we are glad that she is here with us.
