Could you spare some time every week to help us care for and home hundreds of cats every year? Read the information below and come and visit us if you think you can help. 

Socialising 

Come and spend time stroking, grooming and playing with our cats. Help keep them happy, healthy and sociable so that they find new families faster. Don't underestimate the importance of this job! Staff just don't have time to cuddle and brush the cats as much as the cats would like! We need committed volunteers to provide this crucial service. Toys, brushes and combs are made available and it's so rewarding when a cat you've expended some care and attention on finds a home.   We need people every day of the week during cat viewing hours to help with this essential task.  Please drop into the centre to talk to staff. We'll probably set you to work straight away.
